To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents, the following rules govern the use of the Hidden Forest community pool:
1. Pool Hours:
• Open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the swim season.
• Use outside of posted hours is strictly prohibited.
2. Access and Eligibility:
• The pool is for Hidden Forest residents and their accompanied guests only.
• Entry requires a valid key fob or access code.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No animals are allowed in the pool or pool enclosure, except service animals are allowed on the deck.
3. Guest Policy:
• Guests must remain with the resident host at all times
4. Safety and Conduct:
• No lifeguard is on duty — swim at your own risk.
• Adults should not swim alone.
• Do not swim if the suction outlets are missing, broken, or not clearly visible from the deck.
• Running, diving, and horseplay are not permitted.
• Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
• Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not allowed.
• No loud music.
5. Attire and Hygiene:
• Swimwear must be appropriate and family-friendly.
• All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
• All children three years old and younger, and any child not potty-trained, must wear snug fitting plastic pants or a water-resistant swim diaper.
• Do not swim if you had diarrhea within the past two weeks.
• Do not swallow the pool water.
6. Cleanliness and Care:
• Trash must be disposed of in designated bins.
• Please close umbrellas when leaving the pool.
• Residents are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their guests.
• Any damage or safety concerns should be reported immediately to the HOA office.
7. Enforcement:
• Violations may result in suspension of pool privileges.
• Repeated or serious infractions may lead to fines or further disciplinary action as outlined in the Hidden Forest HOA bylaws.
